Vice President of Construction for James Hamilton Construction Co. Sterling has worked in Heavy Highway construction since 2001 and has experience in crushing, asphalt paving, materials testing and mix designs, and equipment maintenance and scheduling.
Robert joined Albuquerque Asphalt in 1985 after receiving his Civil Engineering degree from Tex Tech. He became partner and President in 1999. Robert has also served as President for the Rio Grande Underground Contractors Association.
Paul is a registered professional engineer in both NM and Arizona. Paul joined Fisher Industries in 2006 as a Civil Engineer/ Estimator and is one of the primary engineers to authorize and approve material mix designs. He has successfully bid projects in NM, Arizona, Nevada, California, Wyoming, North Dakota and
David has been in the heavy highway construction business since 1983. He is active in supporting the construction industry in New Mexico and was a board member for ACNM for 7 years also serving as President. In addition David is also currently serving on the board of Steelbridge Ministries.
PRESIDENT OF APANM – Kyle has worked in the construction and material supply fields since 1990 when he started his career as a project engineer. In 1994, Kyle joined Oldcastle Materials Group, which is one of the nation’s leading construction material supply companies and is the leading asphalt producer in

Ryan has been involved in heavy highway engineering since 2000 when he started his career as a highway designer at the Missouri Department of Transportation.
